When can I order?

CJC accepts orders weekly. Our order form opens on Mondays at 8 a.m. and closes on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. Friday - Sunday are our designated days to prep dough, bake cookies, and prepare for local pick ups and shipping orders.

When will I receive my order?

Local orders in Albany, Ga can be picked up on Sundays. Shipped orders will be sent out the following Monday after the order was placed. We ship with FedEx and offer 2-Day delivery. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

What happens if I'm late to pick up?

Pick up for local orders is on Sundays. You will be notified of the time and location to meet via text. We give a 15 minute grace period upon arrival. Arriving after the grace period will cause your box to be up for re-sale. Refunds are not accepted.

How long will my cookies last?

Local orders will be presented to you in a white, bakery style box. To maximize freshness, we suggest removing them from the box and storing them in an air-tight container allowing them to stay fresh for 1-2 weeks. Our shipped cookies are individually heat sealed. Nothing extra should be done to preserve them. They will also last 1-2 weeks. We also find that freezing our cookies maximizes freshness as well.

Can I substitute flavors in my box?

Flavors cannot be substituted.

How many cookies come in a box?

Our cookies are sold by the half-dozen, six cookies. You are welcome to purchase more. Simply update your quantity. For example, if you'd like a dozen select two (2) as your quantity.

Can I place an order for an event?

Yes, we offer event catering services for baby showers, luncheons, parties, etc. Click the Event Catering tab at the top of the page to fill out the request form. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your information and make sure we are available during the requested time.

Can I recommend a new cookie flavor?

Yes, we welcome new ideas and flavors. Click the Flavor Request tab at the top of the page and submit the form. If we are interested in adding your idea to our menu, we'll reach out to you via email with a promo code for $10 OFF to show our appreciation!

I forgot to order this week. Will there be leftover boxes available?

There are normally leftover boxes available after completing orders for the week. These boxes will only be available to residents in Albany, Ga. Boxes will be first come first serve. Leftover boxes will not be showcased on our site but on our social media platforms. See our social media handles in the bottom-right footer section of our site.

My tracking number says my package was delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

We suggest waiting at least 24 hours to see if the package shows up. In the case packages are lost or stolen please submit a claim with FedEx. CJC will not be held responsible. Once packages are turned over to FedEx we have no control over what happens with your order. Refunds or order replacements are not allowed.

I need to make a change (cookie flavor, address, apartment number, etc) for my order. How do I do that?

Please review your order carefully before submitting it for processing. Once submitted no changes can be made.
