Shipping + Returns
Orders are shipped on the following Monday after an order was placed. If you enter an incorrect address and package cannot be delivered, Cookie Jar Co. will not be able to issue a refund. In this event, a new order must be placed and you will have to re-pay shipping fees.
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
All cookies are baked to order which means returns or order replacements for any orders (local orders, shipped orders, event catering orders, etc) are not accepted. Due to perishable nature of goods, refunds are not accepted.
However, if we enter your shipping address incorrectly you are eligible for a return or a replacement order with no added fees. We will not be refunding if package is lost, stolen, or delayed as this is no longer in our control after turned over to our FedEx carrier. But we can assist you will submitting a claim and requesting a refund from FedEx.
